Assessment instructions
To start the C Card Online Assessment it’s as easy as:
- Read the points listed in the purple box above and click on the 'next' button
- Follow the slides - these will show you how to use condoms correctly
- Answer a few questions about how to use condoms properly
If you answer all of the questions correctly you will be awarded a printable C Card certificate. By printing off this certificate you can show that you know how to use condoms correctly and can go to any of the venues listed here and exchange your certificate for the C Card and your FREE condoms.
If you have any further questions about safe sex, relationships or about using condoms, feel free to talk to the nurse, doctor, pharmacist, youth worker or health professional when collecting your C Card.
REMEMBER - wherever you see the SAFE logo you know that service is, confidential, friendly, knows loads about sex and relationships and most importantly - is there to help you!
