Assessment instructions

To start the C Card Online Assessment it’s as easy as:

Read the points listed in the purple box above and click on the 'next' button
Follow the slides - these will show you how to use condoms correctly
Answer a few questions about how to use condoms properly

If you answer all of the questions correctly you will be awarded a printable C Card certificate. By printing off this certificate you can show that you know how to use condoms correctly and can go to any of the venues listed here and exchange your certificate for the C Card and your FREE condoms.

If you have any further questions about safe sex, relationships or about using condoms, feel free to talk to the nurse, doctor, pharmacist, youth worker or health professional when collecting your C Card.

REMEMBER - wherever you see the SAFE logo you know that service is, confidential, friendly, knows loads about sex and relationships and most importantly - is there to help you!

Remember ... you should never feel pressured into having sex. It should be a decision that both you and your partner make together. It is illegal to have sex if you are under 16. Health professionals can provide confidential sexual health information, advice and contraception to you whatever your age if have decided to have sex.

Fact: About 4 out of 10 diagnoses of the STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) Gonorrhoea are in females aged 16-19.
